Enjoy this modern house set on a 14 acre site on a peaceful surrounding only a few minutes away from the beach. It takes 15 minute horse back ride to the beach, 5 minutes drive to Jose Ignacio and 30 minutes to Punta del Este. Large windows, high ceilings, nice design-pool with a beautiful view over beautiful Laguna Garzon. Very enjoyable deck and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxed time outside including a 12 seat lapacho wood table.Main house with 3 rooms and an independent guest for 5 people for more privacy. Master bedroom with 42 LCD and a 46 led HD in the living room.Nice sounding system inside and outside with JBL speaker. Fully equipped kitchen and an outside classic Uruguayan Barbecue. Mar 21, 2015 #### Relaxing holidays with the kids at its best We were two adults and two kids (7 and 3) and can only recommend a stay here. We all enjoyed the pool, the barbecue,ride the hourses, the playground, the stylish house, the views over the vast countryside down to the Laguna del Garzon and last but not least the kind support from the owner as well as the employees, making our stay unforgettable. Excellent to jog in the morning, do a kite course in the nearby Laguna, absolutely safe and still peacefully located 3.5 km from the beach. We didn't use the guests house, but visited it and it was in the same perfect condition as the main house, so also good for two families. easy to find with the owners description. don't miss to visit the Isla de Lobos once you are in Punta del Este, boats leaving from the port and you end up swimming with the Sea Lions!! unforgettable holidays, we will come back for sure!! Feb 9, 2014 #### perfect family vacation It was our first time in Jose Ignacio and my family enjoyed every single day there! the chacra was absolutely perfect, close to everything, very authentic and immaculate, the house has a wonderful lay-out, beautiful outdoors and views. The horses on site were a big joy to my 3 boys! Carlos and Cathy are wonderful caretakers, always helpful and did the most amazing bbq for us several times! we cannot wait to go back!
