"Room was clean, rugs not so much in the hallways and bedroom. Bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows felt lumpy. TV needs updating. Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but was not replenished daily. Parking was good."

"We woke after our first night to sewage backed up in the bathroom sink. We asked the staff to comp our room as NO ONE should pay to wake up to sewage in the sink. Later that day our toilet backed up. We moved rooms and I again asked to be comped for the first night. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and for the first night charge to be removed, but neither transpired. I repeat - NO ONE should pay to wake up to sewage in their sink! "
