The layout was perfect to come together and visit while enjoying the view of picturesque grounds that were beautifully landscaped. « Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

« We enjoyed the roomy bedroom which included a cute mini kitchen, sitting area, and half-bath. The view was awesome! What was surprising is that the area is upstairs, inaccessible to handicapped persons. Full bath downstairs and nice office space. We did not attempt communication with the property manager but had to rate that in order to submit the review. »

« We had such a nice time, we stayed an extra day. This was the perfect getaway home to spend a casual thanksgiving weekend in. A quiet, comfy home right on the edge of the inlet was so perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with, and the hosts replied quickly to my questions. As far as location, you aren’t right in Shelton, which is great. We visited, but definitely preferred the quiet of this location. Thank you! »
