Friendly staff at check-in and out. Wifi issues were dealt with immediately and very apologetic and polite about it. While the hotel might be on the older side, our room was clean and tidy, with all that we needed. Great location, with cheap eats across the road and a 7 Eleven just around the corner. Plenty of shopping, with 2 big malls close by and cheap Grab cars into the city. The staff are really nice and Newlands.
