"This motel was in a decent area. It did not look like the pictures at all. There was probably one room that was remodeled but the other rooms did not look like the picture. It was a basic motel room. There was barely a “parking lot”. It was basically a slab of concrete. Front desk lady was super nice, but the front desk closes by 9pm sharp. If you are a late traveler, I do not recommend. There is no elevator as well, but this was not a huge deal to me personally. The shower was not good either. Would not stay again :("

"Front desk staff is not very customer friendly, sloppily dressed. Rooms are out dated and in need of some updating. Dog friendly facility, however we went to the pool and left the dog in the room for maybe 45mins. Around 8pm and we received a call about the dog barking. Maybe you should not put families with dogs next to families without dogs. I didn’t call the front desk regarding screaming kids. Just a very disappointing stay in general. Breakfast wasn’t very good.. used to be the best breakfast. "

"The property overall was fairly good, needed some cosmetic work, molding coming off on the furniture in the bedroom. Other than that, the room was very nice. However, we stayed there because of the pool and hot tub and both were in inadequate shape. My adult children and their children tried to swim, but it was somewhat slimy and you could clearly see mold on both the hot tub and the pool. I did talk to the person behind the desk and they said they were having a part come in to fix the situation. Hopefully that is accurate. I’m a positive note. The breakfast was wonderful and overall had a good stay."

Then, I call Expedia requesting a refund,since I could barely stand to be there for an hour, and after waiting 37 minutes on hold, I had to attempt to communicate with someone who could barely speak English! Did not get a refund, either! That place should be condemned, and Expedia will NEVER get my business again!"
