"Perfect stay"

"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."

"No hot water for shower and wasn’t"

"I never got a chance to stay in the room when I first arrived The door was opened I walked in the room OMG the room was nasty no clean sheets tobacco paper was on the window the floors were dirty the bathroom was filthy. So I left the property and tried to call the property manager they never responded but I have pictures if you need them I need all of my money back I didn't stay there "

"Pros: The apt was very cute, beds were comfortable, pretty clean ( some linens/ pillow cases were questionable). Cons: Parking is scarce. Neighbors downstairs partied and smoked weed into the early hours( 4am). Another set of neighbors fought violently all night ( first night we stayed). The entire building reeks of weed. Saying that… we never felt afraid or threatened. Neighborhood is just sketchy. The apt is well worth the money, I’d stay there again.Philly is an awesome energetic city and I’d highly advise visiting! "

"We love visiting Philadelphia, mainly for the cheesesteaks! This time we took a trip to the zoo. The property was walking distance to our excursion and close to grocery and pharmacy (and cheesesteaks) for any incidental needs. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Check-in was a breeze. Parking was always available. The building was secure and the amenities were fun to enjoy. The rooftop was a breath of fresh air and a beautiful view of the town. The game room was perfect for some impromptu family fun. The apartment itself was stylish, clean and super comfortable with all the extras you need for a home away from home at the right price. When we’re itching for an authentic cheesesteak road trip to Philly, we’ll be staying here again!"

"Everything was great ! Only thing that threw me off was me inviting family over and having to make them leave due to the host saying I only put 4 guests. But I did mention I was coming from Atlanta to visit family and that I was going to have a dinner. "
