« The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell. »

« Second time staying here and things are just fine! The receptionist was very courteous and delivers excellent service. He made you feel very welcome and well taken care of. The room is a little old, needs upgrading in several places, but it's just a typical motel in mid of the desert. The sink water could be turned up a bit higher. Otherwise, nothing much to mention. »
