« This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. « This place was awesome for my family of 5. The downstairs has a bedroom on the main floor with a living room and kitchen and then the upstairs has an awesome living area with a futon and a bedroom. The upstairs gave the kiddos their own private space and allowed my wife and I to enjoy hanging out downstairs while the kids were in bed. I would definitely recommend this place and host was awesome at communication and helping answer questions as needed! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. « We booked this home for a stay for guests coming in from out of time for a business meeting. It was clean and perfect for our needs. The check in process was very smooth. Highly recommend. »

« The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape. »

« EXCELLENT little "apartment". VERY clean, looks to be very recently renovated/constructed. Included ALL amenities needed. Private entrance, full bath, quiet/nice neighborhood! Everything was great. Highly recommend. »
