Excellent service , the staff is always smiling and easygoing. Very quiet place , nice pool and clean room. Lots of flower around the pool, which makes it cozy and easy to relax! The pool closed at 11pm, so that was perfect for us since we arrive late at the hotel. Good wifi connection, free water at your disposal and a shared kitchen that everybody could use to cook their own food. :( - Not a variety of food on the menu We would really recommend this place, it was beautiful and close to everything! From our 2 week trip to bali/gili air, this hotel was easiest the most disappointing. The room was damaged, dirty and loaded with musquitos as soon as we entered. The hotel ultimately said we could cancel and rebook a better room but considering the small amount of time spent in the actual hotel, we decided to leave it as it was. Staff was not very helpful and the owner even gave me an attitude.
