"Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company."

"The hotel didn’t have the room I booked. Instead they offered me a room less than half the size of the one I booked and a 10% discount as a courtesy. I had to change hotels and they even didn’t want to give my money back. I had to go back to the hotel several times to argue and ask for reimbursement but they wanted to charge me even thought they didn’t have the room I booked.
