The location is great, close to small historic towns and places to explore, and there is even a distillery nearby with live music which was a fun bonus. "It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc.. (which their website makes clear.) i loved it, It's in the heart of the village. You'll want to walk to everything, which I enjoyed. When I was there, I couldn't find a place for breakfast the Wednesday morning I left; everything was closed (the second week of June). But as i said, the website is accurate and I enjoyed my stay very much. I was there just one night, on a wander through the Hudson Valley and Catskills."
