« Our room had a broken toilet seat ,shower doors had broken splash guard, bath room could be cleaned better , floors peeling up , was not worth what we paid , only good thing about it is walking distance to downtown area. »

I quickly contacted Expedia and they called the hotel within minutes to resolve the issue. « The historic aspects of the hotel are all present. I also really loved the location - right in the middle of everything. I had a standard room with two beds. The bathroom was a bit grungy. We had a bathtub but no plug to actually use it. The carpet in the room was pretty nasty - I would definitely not walk around barefoot. We also had a stranger try to enter the room (with a key) at 7am. Luckily we had the chain on and they couldn't get in. I called down to the front desk and they didn't seem...
