« I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. « Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. »
