"The staff was super helpful the whole time but we found an empty bottle that wasn’t ours in the room. The bathroom was also kind of see through. Overall the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed it."

"Our rooms were always clean, touletries well stocked and very comfy beds. Breakfast was great. We love the colorful and very clean bathrrom. The 2nd elevator worked the next day so it was faster. However the hallways and common areas should be cleaned always and updated. During the night, the doors at the back are still open so it was a bit concerning. But everything was fine. The property is huge with lots of parking space but it was on an incline and kinda difficult to get out of parking lot from the back because of the steep incline. Location was excellent! It was directly across Manhattan thru Lincoln tunnel, only a short drive to American Dream and Liberty Park. Overall we like this hotel very much"
