"Our family of four could not have been happier with our visit. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. "Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company."

"For us, this hotel was the nicest budget hotel in Brazil. Excellent breakfast--very fresh, lots of choices and very tasty. Great price for the room, which included the wonderful breakfast. "Reservei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e qdo cheguei ao quarto havia uma cama de casal, só resolveram o problema três horas depois. A recepcionista me tratou como se a culpa fosse minha por ter reservado errado, por sorte eu tinha impresso e apresentei p ela. O café da manhã era péssimo, foi o pior que já tive, pior que em pousadas simples.
