Beach is 3 minutes away, intracoastal access across the street for anyone who like to explore/fish the lagoon. Plenty of food choices nearby. One of the best things about the property is that the owners have taken the time to include everything you need to have an amazing stay. There was a beach wagon, sun tent, and chairs to use! I'm glad I looked, as I was going to buy a new umbrella for the beach! My family lives nearby and we come down every year to visit, and we store our beach things there. Morning walks on the beach (less than a mile down the road) and evening on the dock enjoying the marine life and spectacular sunsets!
