Ocean Cottage 94 Welcome to Mermaid's Lair... This 3 bedroom, 3.5 Cottage townhome is sure to make a splash! You enter this home through a chef's kitchen, fully furnished with new stainless steel appliances, Mr. Coffee, spices, a crock pot, an ice cream maker, a griddle, and so much more. DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESSThe Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
