"Overall I enjoyed my stay. My main issues were with their parking garage. It closed at night and was chained off on both sides so my car was trapped. I had an event that night that I had to walk to due to this. Staff never gave me an explanation for this….. the room was great and the restaurant up top was fantastic. We had an amazing server and used the bar one night too. Bar tender was the nicest lady. Honestly it would have been 5 stars had they not nearly caused me to miss my event. But walking a mile up and down hills was awful. I’d have overlooked this had they done something to make it right. Free breakfast or something would have been appreciated but no all I got was a I’m not sure why that happened and I’m sorry. I expect more from a Hilton than this. Honestly I won’t be staying there again due to these issues. I’m going back to IHG hotels from now on. "

"We had grandchildren with us excited to use the pool. Some guests ate and left a mess in the pool area. I suggest hourly checks just to be sure there's enough towels and the area is clean from messy guests."

"This is an OK motel for quick overnight stays. Contractors make use of this motel to house their crews, and the parking lot and hallways can be noisy at night. The breakfast selection and amenities are minimal, but there are McDonald's, Culver's, and a grocery store within a short walk."

"So pictures are deceiving the pictures I seen prior to booking were not the way the rooms looked by any means. The staff at check in were absolutely wonderful, however that was not the case for staff at check out. The 2 men that were on shift at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. They even carried in our tremendous amount of belongings since we had to do work during the stay. Staff at check out was terrible we requested a late check out and I thought charged for a late check out but they say we did not and kicked my friend out when I was doing work stuff (the reason for the stay) and away from the room at the time which mind you she did not have anywhere to go with not knowing anyone in the area and not knowing the area to go anywhere."
