The air conditioner was loud and would cycle every 2 minutes so sleep would be unbearable. I asked to move and staff were very helpful. The air conditioner was still loud but better and worked properly. However, the second sink had a sign not to use. We still had the bathroom sink. I didn't mentioned the elevator didn't work but again, staff made sure we had a 1st floor room. It wasn't are best stay, but not the worst. Staff was accommodating. Maybe we got there on a bad week.

Staff was/is excellent. The building is starting to show its age. Beds, bathroom, etc. were spotless and clean. Enjoyed the self-made waffles, coffee, juices, and bagels. Everything worked ..TV, outlets, plumbing, etc. and the entire place smelled clean. We'd stay there again.

The breakfast area was well kept by the staff. The Gym is in need of repairs and update. No functioning Hot tub and indoor pool too cold to comfor use. Room was adequate for overnight stay as a single but would not take a family with small children who might play on the floor.

The staff was courteous enough, while also being difficult to understand. The room was clean. But the main hotel areas and the carpets were VERY VERY worn down and there were numerous places on the walls where the drywall was chipping off. The hot tub was not hot. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, it was very dissappointing.

We stayed here for five nights. It is a great value. Pros- Very clean, responsive staff, clean pool, spotless common areas. Cons ( and way a 4 instead of a 5 star rating) Breakfast was very limited and the same everyday, the bathroom was very small, the tub was high walled and narrow
