The staff was so wonderful and their service was amazing. It is a gem of a hotel with beautiful luxurious rooms and excellent food. The only problem was a week prior or to arrival when their Reservations Manager refused to credit me back with one days lodging since the airline changed their flights. As a result I didn’t want to lose the reservation and agreed to pay the night I couldn’t show - but then the hotel threatened to cancel or charge me higher. I had booked for 9 nights and prepaid....

The property and the suite was very nice. I loved the proximity to the Wave Park for surfing which I took advantage of. The only drawback was that there were not many restaurants (that were open) or shopping opportunities in the area. The staff at Le Collective were very helpful. We enjoyed the property just hoped for more to do in the area
