It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved.

Stylish hotel, it shows a bit of wear and tear but still very nice and classy. Unfortunately the sauna and bathhouse were closed - which is for us the most important feature in each hotel we go to. Pool is open only at certain times.

4세 아이와 함께 자주 방문하고 있습니다. 1층의 잉어 먹이주기 연못과 지하1층의 키즈룸을 아이가 매우 좋아합니다. 수영장도 물이 따뜻해서 좋습니다. 어른들에게도 좋은 호텔입니다. 녹지가 세련되면서도 편안하게 조성되어 있고 조식의 퀄리티가 상당합니다.
