"We have a service dog and I was not expecting a pristine room because, you know, dogs. But I do expect clean. The room was a just wee bit worn, but spotlessly clean theoughout, which is a testament to the housekeeping crew who kept it that way every day of our stay. The staff was lovely and my husband reports that the pool and gym were very nice. We orginally chose this Hyatt for its location, which worked out perfectly for all of us, dog included. We will be back"

"Loved it there. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Cinnamon rolls for the win. The bathroom had Dove hand lotion and hand soap. And the shower had Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely one of the better rooms I’ve stayed in. If you want to have leftovers in your room, bring your own paper plates because they only have foam plates. But that doesn’t take away from the experience at all."

"My girlfriend and I live 4.5 hours away from Pittsburgh and we needed a place to stay overnight for a family gathering. After seeing several positive reviews online, I booked a room at Jefferson Hills Motel. We were greeted by a gentleman named Stanley at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only complaints we had was there were no hooks or towel racks to hang towels on after taking a shower and the toilet did not have a toilet lid for some odd reason. The way the bathroom was laid out in room #6, you could easily drop something in the open toilet bowl from the sink. Thank God we didn’t!! We would stay here again for future events in the Clairton area near Pittsburgh. O"

"Overall good. Cons: Dated, shabby look outside / Poor English skills by some staff / Lobby restroom out of order / Cash or app only to buy snacks in lobby / TV remote broken. Pro: Very clean room / Comfortable bed and pillows / Excellent shower water pressure / Quiet outside and in room"

"Interestingly never been in a hotel with zero staff- entry was a digital code, eating area empty- literally no staff Turned out ok but thinking a glass of wine after arrival would be nice- no one there"
