Stylish Recently Renovated Apartment with Terrace, Air Conditioning and Shared Pool, very close to the beach! Perfect for a family or a close group of friends, this apartment has everything you need to spend a few holiday days on the Costa Blanca.
Accommodation
The apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with an exclusive design. It offers WiFi, Air Conditioning, Flat Screen TV and a spacious terrace to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.
This comfortable apartment has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. The rest of the space is divided into a fully equipped individual kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace. In the common areas of the residential complex, there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
Additional notes:
The rental price includes 40 kWh per week of electricity, after that you must pay 0.35 EUR per kWh of additional consumption.
A cot and a high chair available upon request
Situation
The property is very well connected with the rest of Jávea, close to the Port, beaches, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The urbanisation is quiet, ideal for couples with children or small groups.
Environment
On the beautiful Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its lively marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf tennis, even hiking up to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and its excellent restaurants make the most of it by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best of the day's catch. This is how Jávea combines the uniqueness and charm of a small Mediterranean town with the convenience of having all services nearby, from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants, bars and terraces
