We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.

Enjoyed our stay very much and the staff are super friendly. Also enjoyed the spa services.

This 5-star hotel, which shows in every detail (from the grand lobby to the hallways), is absolutely beautiful and clean. What made our stay even better was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, from the Front Desk to the bellboys, every single one of them always has a nice smile on their face and made us feel welcome. Kudos to Ms. Abrita for accommodating our needs to the very end of our stay. The room and bathroom are amazing and there are so many options available for breakfast....

great helpful staffs, especially the cinnamon restaurant staffs

I stayed here for a week and loved so many things about the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. It is a half hour taxi ride from airport, connected to two major malls (with vast shopping and eating choices), and a short cab ride away to Central and waterfront. The staff and concierage were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Everyone addresses you with a smile and asks if they can help you in some way. I have been traveling around the world for many years , and this is one of the best hotel that I ever been , beautiful hotel , the service was awesome everybody went the extra mile to make your stay amazing , the pool and the gym at the 71 floor its was beautiful , they gave me a a beautiful room in the 85th floor , overall amazing hotel , highly recommended , for sure I will be there again

Très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix pour un standard nord-américain. Service toujours impeccable, sourire et gentillesse hors norme. On m’a offert un déjeuner avec accès au salon inclus pour tout après midi et soirée avant 21h. Le seul bémol est l’ordinateur libre accès qui n’est pas connecté à l’internet malheureusement.

Very impressed from the moment we entered the lobby for our 6 night stay. Wonderful staff in all departments. UniKe (hostess) for high tea in the 6th floor lounge was especially helpful. Food was always very good. Only complaint was the careless parents allowing their young kids to run and scream at the rooftop pool. The spa was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.
