« J'ai réservé 7 hôtels différents pour un même voyage et pour celui-ci, mes données ont été compromises. Les fraudeurs avaient toute l'information de cette réservation spécifique entre leurs mains et j'ai été harcelée par téléphone et courriel pendant plusieurs jours. J'ai communiqué avec l'établissement, qui m'a demandé de leur soumettre l'adresse de l'arnaqueur. Ils ont alors annulé ma réservation (payée à l'avance) sans m'aviser, et ma réservation était toujours active dans l'appli Expedia....

« bel appartement :on se croirait chez IKEA! propre tout y est bien pensé :serviette dans wc pour les mains, placard nombreux, machine à laver, filtre pour boire lit très confortable mais....l escalier d'accès aux étages est plus que raide, dommage car pour moi il peux être dangereux car les rampes sont peu préhensibles d' ou une difficulté supplémentaire le ventilateur rafraichissait un peu:il a fait 26 degré avec orages sinon très bon emplacement pour visiter communication pour nous aider si...

"Hôtel confortable bien placé par rapport à des trajets avec l'aéroport (notamment ligne de bus n°22 à proximité). 20 min à pied en traversant le pont pour se retrouver dans le magnifique centre de la vieille ville. Parking gratuit disponible sur place. Etablissement un peu trop gros à notre goût, cela se ressent dans la grande salle de petit déjeuner avec un fort afflux, mais c'était notre choix logistique. Nuit gâchée par une fracassante alarme intempestive déclenchée à 1h00 du matin, cardiaques s'abstenir. Juste un constat et pas d'excuses du personnel mais le service client des pays baltes côtoie le très bon et le pas du tout souriant, question de culture et d'histoire. Les clients logeant au 9e étage ont apprécié de descendre par les escaliers... Prix correct au demeurant."
