« Spacious, rooms were clean living room was inviting, laundry units was available in the basement if needed. The only things that disappointed us was a small bathroom (which the way the house is, its nothing about the all in all experience ) i will definitely have another reservation hopefully soon. 10 out of 10 ❤️ »

« There were three of us in town for a week for a family reunion, and this house was a great place for us to call home for that time. Like any older, established home in Sioux Falls, there were small issues that did not detract from our overall comfort. The decor inside was very nicely done. While we didn't use it, the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom in the basement looked very nice. « The house was clean and well kept. We had trouble getting into the house initially but the host responded immediately. The two bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable and big, but did not have a top sheet. The screen porch was very relaxing to sit in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. Visiting in the summer, the house was warm upon entry but cooled off quick. »

« Perfect house and location for a fun family weekend. House was perfect for having a 1.5 year old. Toys in the basement, pack n play and park one block away. 10 minutes from USF stadium and HyVee close by made it perfect location for us. »
