« To start with the Pros: the property is dog friendly, which is nice to see, but does not concern me directly. The AC worked, the water temp and pressure were decent. It is a short distance to Adventureland.
Now for the Cons: The building itself has definitely seen better days, and it has a strange layout that is marked with hand written signs. Our room had the following: the bed had stains, the wall had stains, the bed was very uncomfortable, the fitted sheet did not fit and any movement caused...

« I would not recommend staying here. The pictures shown on Expedia do not match the room we were given at all.
As soon as we opened the door, the room smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana. Everything felt damp—the carpet, drapes, bedding, towels, and shower curtain. We figured it would be good enough just to sleep for a couple of hours, but things got worse.
In the middle of the night, we woke up to cockroaches on the bathroom floor. When we packed up to leave, larger cockroaches came running...

« Check-in staff did not speak English; had to call someone on the phone to check us in. First room had completely wet carpet. Next room was missing any soap/shampoo but staff could not be found at front desk to remedy. Rarely saw any staff on property. Overall needs updating. »
