![This is a map unknown state park in south Carolina just minutes from savannah. I came across it driving state roads back from Charleston. The gates close at 5, so go early. It is a 3 mile loop that has many water alleys, swamps, and a lot of moss covered live oaks. Animals are all around. There are alligators, Herons, egrets, little swallows, and frogs everywhere. « I just loved this rental. I hope to keep coming back. Thunderbolt is charming. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was close to the dog park at Daffin park too, so we took our little dog for play time there. Tubby's Tank House was yummy and so convenient as was Tortuga's and Erica Davis Lowcountry. We ate seafood every day. The only criticism is that the house is NOT the address listed or on River Road. It faces Bannon. You turn down a driveway next to the listed address to find the...

« Dirty sheets, dirty dishes, dirty shower curtain.Beds were horrible. We contacted the rental company and were told if we left in 30 minutes we would get a full refund. All we wanted was clean sheets, but we were told numerous times just to leave. There was no place to go at 11 pm the day before Thanksgiving. We ended up leaving at 6:45 am after we found another place to stay. This place should not even be listed on VRBO. »

« This was an amazing place for our family trip to the beach with three little girls. The house is beautiful, every detail is on theme. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and games were a huge hit. Movie night on the front porch was great! Only negative was that there is a raccoon that pulls out the garbage bags near the pool and leaves a "mess" on the pools edge. »

"Nous avons été déçu de la propreté de la chambre. Le plancher était sale et collant , pleins de tâches et des cheveux par terre. Il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles. L’odeur en rentrant dans la chambre était bizarre et les serviettes de bain ne sentait pas bon. Le lit et les draps était propre mais encore une odeur bizarre. Je n’y retournerai pas malheureusement."
