"Eagle’s has always been a nice place to stay, and always more expensive than other marinas, but the quality has been higher. The cabins this time looked a bit old with chipping paint, pontoons had moss growing on the old carpets, no grills in the pontoons anymore, just different from previous owners. And the price was 40% more than in the past. Still, it was very clean, peaceful, and very friendly staff."

Only con, as others mentioned, was the steep trail down to the water. Requires proper footwear and stability. Wasn’t an issue for us since we’re all adults in decent shape.
