The property is a bit overrun and would need a good refresh. Beds were comfortable but the lighting in the room was very poor you could hardly see anything in the bathroom or in the room itself with all lights on. The area is pretty noisy and a lot of road work and construction, so hard to tell how it usually is. It was not super nice for people like us wanting to walk around and discover the city from there. You can easily get transportation but still. The breakfast buffet was great with a mix of international and local food. Limited option for lunch or dinner.

The good thing is that it is next to the mall. Plenty of food options. The worst thing is that my room was not that clean. A bit smelly bathroom and greasy trash cans, fridge etcetera.

A clean comfortable stay in a central location. Staff were helpful. On the downside 1. Construction in the area caused some congestion 2. WIFI was terrible. If you are working, you cannot use WiFi. It was slow and unreliable 3. Room was a little small.

A nightmare. After entering my room it smelled a bit weird but I paid no mind to it. Early morning I woke up to a leaking ceiling and wall. After I contacted the reception they sent someone to look and told me to wait. I went down and asked for a room change. The told me to wait till the afternoon. Fortunately some checked out early and they fixed that room for me.

Strategically located yet comfortable and quiet

The hotel is located in very strategic location but relatively quiet as the windows and walls have good soundproof. Design of the room is quite good, with all amenities needed are available. Natural lighting from the big windows is also relaxing, while has transparent blind to control the heat. Light in the bathroom is a bit dark and the toiletries available are not superior enough. All in all, will stay again if I have activities nearby. Thank you.
