Family of four with 2 little girls

We loved this condo! My girls are 2 and 4 and loved the bunk beds. I was impressed with how spotless it was. Walking in, it smelled clean and it was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need including kids plates and cups. The walk to the beach was easy even with my two year old wanting to walk herself. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I hope to return to it. The views are great. The beach was great. We saw dolphins from the back door.

The condo is very nice, in a good location. Everything you need is provided.The owners were very responsive to my questions. The only problem we had was walking our luggage and groceries up and down 2 flights of stairs.

A fantastic property!

I stayed for the month of January. Everything that was needed for comfort and home conveniences were available.Getting up daily to see a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic is something I would get up every morning to witness. It was also entertaining to see dolphins daily, at times more than a dozen together. I didn’t use the pool as it was closed in January. But the condo looks out directly over the pool and then the beach and water. This view daily is very special!

Nicely remodeled, beautiful cabinets. Having some pizza pans, baking sheet, Or cookie sheet in them would be helpful. Beautiful views. Pool was closed after Labor day.

Girls Trip

When we walked in it was so clean and it smelled wonderful. This was our first girls trip☀️🏝️👙 and we all loved it. Easy access to the beach to the pool and not too much of a drive to go to restaurants. We definitely recommend Rick’s Restaurant. Not too expensive in the food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone.

Beautiful Topsail Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and offers wonderful ammenities. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view. Most of what we needed was un the condo which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, and everything met our needs

Property was as expected: clean and easy communications with host. Size was decent for 4 of us for the time we were there, with all the necessities available! No complaints and if we were to book in the location again, we would happily rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away out of the hustle of tourists, this is a good location. If you want to go out for activities or eating- everything is a drive.

Amazing condo with the best views ever

We really enjoy staying in this beautiful condo with the view. This is the perfect retreat for anyone. The kitchen has all you need and is gorgeous. The host is quick to respond. Condo was nice and clean. This is our 2nd visit. We Will be back a third time. We highly recommend a stay here.

Owner unnecessarily charged for new stove

The owner of this unit placed (or her cleaning lady) small but heavy ceramic salt and pepper shakers on ledge above glass cooktop. One of them accidently dropped on glass cooktop and cracked the glass. These glass tops are known to crack from items falling on them and are easily replaced with a new glass top. But the owner charged our card for a whole, brand new stove. This killed what could have been a good experience. We have spent over $5000 on VRBOs over the last couple of months but may go back to hotel stays.
