Everything was clean and just as stated in the description. My girls, 6 and 3, loved being 1 minute away from the playground. They also enjoyed watching the roosters and chickens in the next yard. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Would definitely stay here again. Only tip for visitors is to bring bottled water to drink and make coffee with because the water from the faucets smell funny, but that was no big deal to run out and buy. ##### Ericka J. The place had everything we needed and was less than a mile from the main East-West Highway and approximately 9-10 miles west of Fernandina Beach and the many Amelia Island Beaches. The main E-W Hey. has all the restaurants, shops, stores, and you names it that furnish the necessities of life. We enjoyed the accommodations and the area and would definitely stay again.
