### Super Clean Fantastic Pool Home Near Everything

Your Home Away From Home Featuring A Fabulous Pool! You will say "Wow" as you walk in to your very private, very exclusive spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Set in a quiet neighborhood thats still near everything. Grocery store, Orange Park Mall, 30 minutes from Downtown Jax, 30 miles from the beach. Sit back and enjoy one of 4 Tvs as you relax in the soothing ambiance. Want to cook? Perfect we have everything you need, and we have it twice! Fully equipped kitchen. Very Clean! BetterThan A Hotel.  
The space  
Pull into the driveway to your personal vacation. We have a garage that you can park in once you get inside. Using the August app unlock the door and start your vacation.  
On your right will be a dining room table with a very large pantry. Beyond that is the fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need to cook a full course meal for the family. From here on your right you will see the entrance to the garage which holds the washer and dryer. They will be a bedroom across from this which holds the king size bed along with a TV. This is the master bedroom with a walk in closet, and full bathroom.  
Straight from the Kitchen is the living room with a fire place and a big screen tv. From here you can enter to the pool. You must follow all the pool rules and leave no unsupervised children near the pool. Surrounding the pool are beautiful patio stones, and plants. A great place to just relax.  
Left from the living room you will see the remaining 2 bed rooms, one with twin beds and another with queen sized bed. Their is also the 2nd bathroom. Every room comes equipped with cellphone chargers. I am absolutely excited for you!

This property is well located close to shopping, dining and freeways. The floorplan is exceptionally laid out with split bedrooms and bathrooms. The expanded outdoor living space makes it very comfortable with plenty of room for family.

#### Very spacious, well-stocked house

My kids and I stayed here and it was great! It would be a great house for parents with teen kids too. The tvs/tech is nice and the pool is fantastic. We came in the winter, but I was able to sit by the pool and drink my morning coffee every day. Overall, a very peaceful, wonderful stay.

#### Very nice home and set up for vacation 

This property is very spacious and has the perfect layout. The only issue I had was it wasn’t as clean to my liking. The house isn’t dirty just whomever is doing the cleaning is missing important spots. TVs in all the bedrooms comfortable beds, best setup for summer vacation the pool area is very nice.

We had real trouble with the August lock system! The ice machine didn’t work and the pool wasn’t clear and the area around the pool was not as manicured as it was shown in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay but it would have been more enjoyable if the above had not existed, especially the August lock.

The house is in a great neighborhood and near stores, restaurants, and movie theaters. The house was clean and full of light! It had everything you need to cook all your meals. We all really enjoyed the outside enclosed pool area with the big screen TV and gas fire pit. The home was even better than the pictures posted. The host was super friendly and easy to get a hold of. We would recommend staying here and we can't wait to stay here again! Thank you, Corrin and Joe

#### Improvements much needed

This rental needs cleaning. The pool area was never cleaned, pool dirty(algae), pump not running, pump control box broken. Grill area had utensils from former renter. No kitchen dishcloths, one used/dirty kitchen towel left. Entry to home very dirty. Owner notified but we have not received much feedback except he would have the pool people check on things and asked us to turn on the pump. It turned on but no timer on it to switch off on own and looked dangerous so we turned it off. He offered to send towels via Amazon-we were there for a weekend. \*I had asked the owner when we booked this if pool was working as it appears green in photos online. He responded “yes, it is very nice and clean and the liner was a green color and it was a poor photo.” It looked just as bad in person. Not useable! We have waited a couple days for owner to get in touch with us about our complaints and photos sent but he has not responded to compensate us in any way. Very disappointed in this rental.

This property is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The home is more beautiful then the pictures show. Check in was easy and the owner made it very easy to get ahold of him. If i had any questions or i reached out He almost immediately answered. I would stay here again forsure! One of the best experiences I have had renting a home away from home! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home
