This home is located walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the ocean! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes beach equipment, Smart TV's with Hulu guest account, 2 bikes, fast WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Space: Perfect location for everything you need. This clean and freshly designed beach home incorporates large windows to maximize natural light and has breathtaking Balcony Ocean Views for you to engage all your senses in this unique coastal aesthetic. Additionally, plush furnishings, bespoke artwork, and carefully curated accessories contribute to you living the luxury beach life Florida has to offer. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops including Round Bird, Native Sun local grocery stores, and an assortment of restaurants like Salt Life Food Shack, Mellow Mushroom Pizza and more. The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and outdoor showers for you to rinse with after the sandy beach. This home includes a propane grill for your use. There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. First Floor: 1 Full size bathroom 1 bedroom: King sized bed, Twin Bed Smart TV, and workspace Single car garage with three bikes, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers Second Floor: Fully Stocked Kitchen Living Room with 65' Smart TV and a blow up mattress for your use Half Bathroom Spacious Ocean View Balcony Laundry Room Third Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Sized Bed, Smart TV, and full private bathroom that includes a double vanity and Ocean View Balcony 3rd bedroom: Two twin size bunk bed and a Queen with Twin Bunk Bed on top. 4th bedroom: King size bed with Smart TV Guest bathroom with tub All of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 12 people! We also have a family friendly amenity with a baby stair gates on the third floor and another portable one for your use onsite. POOL HEATING ONLY! Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15\. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. Spa and pool are not able to be heated at the same time, due to the functionality of new pool equipment. If you wish to heat the spa instead, it will cost an extra $150 per week and you will not have pool heating for your stay. The pool is controlled remotely. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you! We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches. It is only running during certain hours! Other Things to Note: Things to know! \- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. Perfect Beach Vacation Spot! We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need, from great restaurants to local shops. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and stocked with everything needed for a fun, stress-free getaway. We loved the private pool, and the added extras like bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys were a huge bonus. The hosts were amazing—so friendly, easy to reach, and truly wanted us to have the best time. I felt like they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. There was also plenty of parking, which made things even more convenient. I will definitely rent through them again. It was clean and convenient to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants.They provided a lot of the necessities such as paper products, detergents and trash bags so we didn't have to purchase them. The cooler, beach chairs and beach toys were a nice touch. We did have a few issues with the pool and refrigerator but the management team was quick to respond. The house was well stocked for all our needs including baby gates for the stairs. Short easy walk to the beach and having the pool option was great. All areas are gated and safe for toddlers. By far the best VRBO we have booked for this trip. My family takes an annual trip to Jax Beach for surf camp every year. This house accommodated everyone (4 adults and 5 children under the age of 13) easily. The pool was the perfect size. The bed rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning, we could even see the water if we tilted our heads off the balcony. It was so easy to get to surf camp every morning. The beach was just a short walk in the afternoons. We loved getting to ride the beach bikes into town for a date. I would highly recommend this home for large families or groups. It was absolutely perfect! Everything we wanted. ##### Taylor W.
