Living and Dining: The cathedral ceilings and large windows and sliding glass doors bring in the sunshine, creating a bright and inviting open concept living space. Gather in the comfortable living room and enjoy beverages served from the wet bar or catch up on your favorite movies. The kitchen is spacious, with a center island, providing plenty of room for meal prep and entertaining, while the dining table easily seats 10 around the expandable table. Need a little quiet corner? Check out the cozy window seat with its lovely view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's the perfect size for some light reading or a child's nap. It turns out when I reached out through VRBO this home was through and agency, not the homeowner and they suggested that in the future I use their website to book instead of VRBO - which was not very helpful. Overall - the house was much better than I had anticipated for the price - location is great and property is nicely kept and very clean. However, if you have small children, I would not recommend. It has been our vacation place for many years. We have stayed at several different places over the years of vacationig on Topsial. Some spectacular and some bargain basement because of our budget at the time. I think that this year house sits right in the middle. Worked well for everyone but it could use some updates. But with that siad, we didn't come for the house, we came for the sun, sand and memories made with family and close friends. With some minor updates the house would be phenomenal.
