With renovated kitchen and baths, this unit is a little gem. From this first-floor location, you'll have a view of the ocean and plenty of space on the back porch for entertaining. This suite is only steps to the beach or pool. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and free WiFi. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community. Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
