Bright Airy Luxurious Abode in Walkable Riverside

Kickback and relax inside your own fully renovated apartment, which is located within a luxurious historic home right in the heart of Riverside.

This bright and airy, fully renovated studio was designed with a long term stay in mind. You will find everything you need as though you were in your own home. A fully stocked kitchen and bath, with ample storage under the bed and closet. TV swivels allowing comfortable viewing from the bed, high back arm chair, or dining table. Your home away from home.

Each guest may feel free to relax on the front porch and in the backyard. The backyard is accessed down the driveway and guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit. There is also a laundry room which is located near the front door if needed.

We are not on-site, but we are available anytime to communicate or help with anything.

Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art and live music, plus food trucks. Trendy eateries and gastropubs mix with cool bars and specialty coffee shops, while vintage boutiques cluster in the eclectic Five Points district. On the waterfront, Memorial Park has tree-lined paths.

I spend 2 nights at this property and would definitely stay again. The property is a beautiful old house remodeled into different suites. The suite I stayed in was clean and bright with a small but usable kitchen and bathroom. I did not spend time in the back yard but it looked peaceful and cosy.The property is located in a beatiful historic area and I felt safe walking around at any time of the day.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Bottled Water and snacks in a basket with a thank you card. Nice, relaxing stay. You do have to park on the street but I felt safe even traveling alone.
