Charming Riverside/Avondale Award Winning Historical Home! Family/pet friendly!

  • This Victorian home built in 1903, is fully renovated with all the modern comforts, but keeping its history and southern charm. It has all the appeal - and challenges - of a 122 year old house. If you like stark, bland, new construction, this is not the house for you!

    Located in the historical area of Avondale, with excellent restaurants, beautiful parks and shops all in walking distance. Enjoy a fun day of shopping in original and eclectic boutiques or take a bike ride and see all the historical sites. Museums, downtown and the sports complexes are within a 10 minute drive. It's just 10 minutes to treatment centers like The Proton Center, Mayo Clinic and the new Anderson's Cancer Center. Jax beach is just 30 minutes away. Disney World is a little over 2 hours away.

    This is a cozy comfortable home, but large enough for you to have multiple couples or a large family. The third floor is a bonus room with extra space for gathering, sleeping or working.
