Expedia were supposed to give me $20 food credit and was told to mention it to staff as I did they seemed confused and told me to just charge it to the room so I did exactly what they told me after leaving I was charged an additional $28 for food

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. One of the best features was the shared kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. It’s a unique hotel concept that made the stay feel more like home. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of downtown, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel doesn’t have a front desk or receptionist, but you can contact the staff by phone or text if you need assistance. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient. I completed everything online by submitting my ID, and they sent me passcodes to access the front entrance, elevator, and my room. The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone, as calls weren’t answered right away. However, they were very responsive through text messages, so I recommend messaging them if you need help. Overall, I had a great experience. The clean, spacious accommodations, unique setup, and fantastic location made it a place I would gladly stay at again.

It is not the freshly renovated big name brand but I still think it was better (& I love the many of those too). The staff was great. Amenities were on point and the courtyard with fire pits, s’mores and yard games were something you just don’t find other places. It gave you an vaca rental vibe. Our family loved having something other than a pool that we could step outside our room to enjoy. The morning breakfast buffet was well worth the $14. The exterior landscaping and facilities may not have been the most tidy but the hotel was very clean, staff super helpful and friendly. Would book again over any high brand.
