The manger of this property is very welcoming and helpful as is the staff who allowed me an early check-in. The location is perfect for travelers exploring the area around Jackson and Sutter Creek. Rooms are newly renovated, spacious and clean. Food, gas, and other retail are very close to this location. And it's its affordable. Recommended.

It's under new management so they are in the process of cleaning it up. The room was large and clean. The pool wasn't in use yet but they were working on whatever it needed. The front staff was very friendly and we joked about a few things. Continental breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I specifically reserved a 2 queen bed room. On check-in the manager/owner tried to give me only a single queen room. Once I confronted him he gave me the room I had reserved and then tried to blame it all on Expedia. The room was clean but dated. There was no closet area or place to hang clothes or anything. The other half of the hotel looked like it had full-time families or workers living in the units and that side of the hotel looked pretty run down. The room was quiet and sufficed for one night. Beds were okay.

50’s style motel but updated and contemporary. It was easy to check in and I could park in front of my room. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. It was a very positive experience for a last minute booking. I will definitely return.

I walked into the lobby and was greeted by THE MOST hospitable and loving couple! They acted like they had been awaiting my arrival like long a lost child! LOL They were sincerely caring about me, my stay, what I needed, how they could help, etc. I was shocked and blown away. I don't know if I'll ever be up in Jackson, CA again, but I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It was quiet, clean, and I felt so welcome. THANK YOU, wonderful hosts who I don't even know your names! You made my short time in Jackson so much better.

Room was clean freshly remodeled. Polite and personable staff. Great dinning recommendations. Greeted with cold bottles of water and snack. Nestle just off the road a great stopping point if you want to go wine tasting very convenient and cheap. I really felt like I got banged for my buck!

Steve greeted me at check-in and made me feel welcome and appreciated. I travel a lot for work and always stay at the least expensive place I can find unless it has REALLY awful reviews. Having a friendly and welcoming face after a long drive is getting less and less common and I really appreciated it. The room was spacious and immaculate, having just been redone. The shower curtain rod could stand to be replaced, but honestly that's my only critique of the property. I will definitely stay here again.

The young gentleman who checked me in was very polite, helpful and thanked me for choosing to stay here. He also gave me 2 waters and some snacks. The room was very clean and inviting and very much worth the price. Later in the evening I had demagnetized my room key and the owner was very friendly and gave us another and again thanked us for choosing to stay. The area is super quiet as well. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!
