Property was ok at best. Funny smell in common areas. Person upstairs got up at 330am and walked back and forth for 2.5 hours keeping us up. Staff didn't seem to care about anything but their smoke breaks

When we checked in, there was piles of bird poop at the lobby door. Yo had to step in it to get in the door 😩 There were pigeons roosting over the door. The staff didn’t look or act professional. The side door we went in didn’t shut, so anyone could come in the hotel without a key.. The room was good, clean and looked like it was updated.

Our room was surprisingly pretty nice. Which I was pleasantly shocked because the lobby, stairs and hallway have a very distinct old smell. Room was quiet, no one bothered us, no bugs….. So I’ll count it as a win.

Good value
The Days Inn at Jackson is pretty good. The staff was great. The building is starting to show it's age. My room was clean and comfortable. There are restaurants and basic needs shopping nearby. It's easy to get on/off the highways here. This hotel is a good value at it's price range.

The room was alright. The door between the rooms didn't lock. And the tv's need updated. But otherwise not a bad stay. The rooms were clean and the service was good.

It is older and is being worked on at the moment. The pool is really nice, which is the reason we stayed there. The beds are full not Queen so it was uncomfortable for taller people.

Check in person very nice, but condition of room not so good. Both chairs in the room are very dirty and should be replaced . The walls have some damage also. The bed was very comfortable and your housekeepers did a very good job of cleaning and replacing towels however!

Highly disappointed in a Wyndham property
This hotel is clearly neglected and in disrepair. The stairwell smelled like mildew with peeling wallpaper that is probably original to it opening as an Amerihost many years ago. Key card reader at the back door was not working properly. In our room the bathroom exhaust fan was partially hanging from the ceiling. The older style tub stopper was broken and wedged into place. One lamp wasn't able to be plugged as the outlet was too far away. This was more than likely because the room was originally a double room and not a long room. The elevated bathroom sink leaves no counter space to do anything. The security latch in the room was also broken. The ptac filter was dirty and in ill repair. The curtains were actually missing hooks and hanging poorly. Furniture is tired and worn. The bed is one of the hardest I have every slept on and the bedding was rough, thin and itchy.

The place could use some updating. There were broken light fixtures in the hallway. Pealing paint in the bathroom and a lamp on the side of the bed with nowhere to plug it in!? The bed was very hard so even after 11 hours of driving it was difficult to get any rest.

Disgusting
Our 1st impression, upon experiencing our room, was the stench. We were offered other rooms but they were even worse. The side chairs in the room were disgustingly stained as they possibly could be. The sheets on the bed appeared to be clean. The tiny, tiny, sink was outside the bathroom. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The condition of the room was generally appalling. The condition of the entire facility poor, at best. Amber, the clerk that greeted us was kind, helpful & pleasant. The clerk that checked us out the following morning very much less so. Based on this experience, I will never stay in any Days Inn again. Ever.

Great location, walking distance to a large pizzeria restaurant, gas station, and a movie theatre! The room was pretty clean. I think the beds are smaller than queen size. It was nice to have a pool, but the sauna is out of order. Breakfast was very limited and wasn’t stocked very well. It definitely needs some protein options. Good for one night stay.

Unclean hotel running on bare bones staff
We are not sure how this hotel earned overall favorable reviews, but it certainly did not match our experience. Our room was quite dirty. Window sills, tile edges, the edge along the top of the shower enclosure and the shelves around the tub haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The hotel desperately needs attention and it is like the owners dont have enough money to renovate or keep the hotel running as it should. It runs on less than enough staff. The only person running the hotel in the evenings and night was very friendly and clealy a hard worker, but our experience with morning staff was less than stellar. So many smokers hanging around and crowding every exit and we experienced people smoking pot and cigarrettes every time we went in our out. Cleaning staff were friendly people but as said, our room was not clean. I think the people there do the best they can but the owners dont invest enough into the hotel for it to be run as it should.
