The living room furniture was definitely a bit worn (stains on couch), but that was no major issue as there were plenty of extra bedding to just throw over as a cover. It gave everyone a chance to spread out in their own space. Jim at Wydaho was a very responsive manager and I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the outdoor grill was not working and Jim immediately ordered the parts and had his maintenance team come over and fix it. Usually I am told the grill is not operational in the winter.My only nit would be that there should be some indoor mud mats in the entry area as that area was often wet from melting snow and one needs to walk through the entry area to get to the upper floors. ##### Richard L.
