"I enjoyed my stay at Gran Via Ansancak. The room was clean and spacious with generous amenities. Staff were helpful and curteous. The location is conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as being very walkable. I would stay here again and would also recommend it to a friend."
"I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."
