I enjoyed my stay at Gran Via Ansancak. The room was clean and spacious with generous amenities. Staff were helpful and curteous. The location is conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as being very walkable. I would stay here again and would also recommend it to a friend.

Staff was great, unit clean. The building however felt like it was falling apart. Misaligned stairway, weird smell coming from bathroom, etc. All in all not what I expected based on the photos.

Room was clean and staff is very nice, however, parking around the hotel is close to impossible to find, we had to park about a mile away in some cases. The room was in the third floor with no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs every time you want to go in or out.

Room is big,bed is good, its clean, ni closet,bathroom no hot water, and floor is very dangerous..no lift..this not hotel its boutique hotel ..small place, no coffe or breakfast, only 12 rooms, rhe room no sound isloation..and smell from street barbecue..i dint had choose i would not stay there again

This is a great hotel with friendly staff, large, clean and central location. The hotel owners also own the restaurant next door, which they give a discount to hotel guests. They have a delicious seafood grilled at night.

Cosy hotel

The hotel is in very busy location but got his unique vibe and very friendly and welcoming staff and helpful. I would recommend it and you can enjoy a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and promenade is just a few steps from the hotel ❤️‍🩹🇹🇷

It was an excellent experience. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The concept of the rooms is very different from other hotel rooms. By the way, hotel walking distance to everywhere.

Cosy small hotel with amazing staff

Cosy hotell in a very central location. Room was huge, with jacuzzi tub and my first ever stand up sauna?? Staff superfriendly but cleaner has OCD or something. Really clean room, but kept moving all our stuff around putting in drawers etc so was a treasure hunt everytime...

The hotel is good for an overnight stay. Centrally located and right in the night life. The noise isn't all that bad. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. The internet can be problematic depending on the day or time of day, but internet reception is strong in the lobby. Everything considered: recommend.

Nice concept shame and the execution. Bad paint job, electrical wires exposed. Strange smell in bathroom and not enough towels and products to be a spa wellness room. Great location and staff though. Needs more attention to the details. That's what makes a great hotel

Excellent!

I've really enjoyed my time in Gran Via. Service is quite wonderful and rooms r pretty nice. I'll certainly come here again. I wouldn't even think about staying somewhere else! It's right on the center of the city, very comfortable rooms and also breakfast was amazing. If you also care about quality service, hygiene and comfort, don't even hesitate for a moment. I myself for example a very choosy person but I was very satisfied with everything this hotel offered. Great location will also help you if you want to have fun without traveling miles away from the hotel. Just leave the hotel an you'll see hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafes right away. Also hotel has it's own restaurant and it's also a good option if you prefer that.

Be careful someone can enter room unauthorised

Be careful when you are staying here because someone can enter your room. T Hotel handing out door master keys to 3rd party servicemans. They enter room whenever they want whether you are inside or outside of the room. When you complain they think this is very natural - my understanding for their experience when you are in toilet someone enters your bathroom and says sorry and try to look boiler is completely fine. Terrible experience - do not stay do not book.

This hotel shouldn’t be listed on international travel applications They have a modus operandi for trying to charge people for the room twice. Manager is rude (probably the one running scheme of double charging) Staff unprofessional. Windows aren’t properly installed so is pretty much like sleeping outside, in the noisy bar downstairs.
