« This place was perfect for our Guys Weekend; a getaway for 5 dads in their 40s. And we were very satisfied with all the room to move around and what this house had to offer. « We rented this property for the beach area pictured. It looked nothing like that picture. The beach was dirty with little sand and there was a pontoon docked in the middle the entire weekend. « Wr had a wonderful time. The house was so spacious we could spread out and not feel like we were piled on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. « We had a lovely stay. The house was so lovely and well equipped with such attention to detail. As we sat on the deck drinking our coffee, we saw osprey, blue heron, coots and turtles. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was an oil rig right next to the house. I have sensitive lungs and had some difficulty with the off gassing from the rig. »

« The house is perfect. We stay each year in late March or early April for a family holiday celebration. There’s plenty of room for meals and playing games or cards. The house has all the amenities in the kitchen if you need to cook. Would recommend staying, great location. »

« Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room. »

« The staff went out of their way to help us. We’d already had a rough day trying to stay ahead of thunderstorms and tornado watches/warnings and as we had been on the road for a few days, needed to clean some clothes. We managed to get them washed but were having some issues with the dryer when one of the staff offered to dry them in their commercial dryer. After they were finished she brought them to us all neatly folded. »
