"Incrível conexão com a natureza. Ambiente limpo e muito agradável.Os quartos superiores são mais confortáveis e proporcionam uma vista incrível. O ambiente é limitado a parte interna da propriedade, não tem pra onde ir. A praia é de maré, boa pra passear sobre a área, já para banho não. Contudo a piscina é muito boa. O único restaurante é dentro da propriedade e tem poucas opções, porém atende a necessidade básica. O bar é agradável "

"Staff were great and the food and beverage options in the hotel were good. The area around the hotel is a little dangerous. Better to take Uber to get around. The room I was in was very noisy especially early in the morning."

Colourful fishing boats dot the shoreline where you can sample fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants after exploring historic churches. Rent a bicycle to discover secluded beaches along the island's coast or take a ferry to nearby Bom Despacho for local markets.
The room was perfect, the location was right in the middle of the historic district, the food was authentic and the staff were all client focused. For example, the owner/manager was very responsive and provided a solution to address a concern that we had. Highly recommended hotel that feels like you are a guest at a relative's mansion.

Great location, just a minute away from Pelourinho. You can walk all around pelourinho and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel looks brand new and it was very clean too. Breakfast was great as well, changing a little everyday.

Fantastic location in centre of historic town, and very safe to walk about in the evening, which is an issue as a few blocks away from the centre it can be sketchy. The hotel itself was a sight of its own, as it is the former home of a sugar trade businessman, and it has beautiful pieces of that era while being beautifully restored. The breakfast in the terrace were delicious. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The only place we would stay in Salvador.

I stayed at the Bahiacafe while travelling in Brazil with a friend. We booked a room with two single beds and ended up with a spacious room on the third floor with a beautiful view of the Praça de Sè. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower/bath room was nice and clean. Throughout the hotel, the decor is very charming. The location is also convenient to the tourist attractions but it is worth pointing out that the neighbourhood is a bit dodgy (not the fault of the hotel, this is just the...
