This was a last minute reservation but a gem of a find. The rooms were modern, clean, and any amenity you could think of was available in the room (except a steamer or iron so they were kind enough to take my shirts and steam them complimentary for me),the hotel is lovely, well located and breakfast is included.. a pleasant surprise for the reasonable price. Parking is a bit steep at $20 per night but the cost of the room makes the entire package a great deal. Front desk is extremely helpful...

We stayed here for 2 days and were upgraded to a suite. It's a lovely hotel run by fabulous staff. They were very helpful and arranged for a boat trip along the coast to see the towns of Cinque Terre. The bed was comfortable and the location pretty. It's a bit of a hike down to the city centre. They will drive and pick you up however, if you are lazy like me. We also had dinner there and it was excellent with a beautiful view of the city. Hotel does a great job of pampering guests. From 1st greeting, to spa staff to housekeeping to waitstaff everyone was welcoming and helpful. Common rooms are old school elegant. Beds are excellent, bedding very good, thick towels, nice robes, slipper all add to a feeling of being well cared for. Lovely infiniti pool: perfect swimming temperature & views are stunning up & down the coast. Great showers in the changing rooms, lockers made available. In fact the sight of that pool made us change...

The staff at Porto Lotti were all so kind and accommodating. The concierge, including Selene, Maria and Charlotte were always available to assist us with organizing taxis, boat cruise, restaurant recommendations. The wait staff at the hotel bar and restaurant were also so very kind and helpful. Frederico provided great advice on visiting Cinque Terre and charming villages close to the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was such a beautiful hotel, I stayed in the Annex and was worried that it would be far and uncomfortable but I was wrong, it was steps away from the main building and my room had a pretty view of the ocean. The air conditioning was excellent, the room was lovely and clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The beach was a quick walk as was the city center.
