Staff was incredibly helpful! The rooms were professionally and uniquely decorated.

I wanted to share feedback on a truly exceptional stay. This property was breathtaking and exceeded all expectations. Upgrading to a lake-view suite was absolutely worthwhile—the suite was incredibly spacious, and the view from the terrace was priceless. The staff were outstanding hosts, and the attention to detail throughout the property and the suites was remarkable. Every aspect of the design felt thoughtful and intentional, making this one of the best hotel experiences I have had...

Tout était parfait, sauf personne à l’accueil le lundi après 17:00 heures…… on a appelé le propriétaire et était là dans 7 minutes!

This is an immaculate hotel in a restored palazzo within walking distance of the Monza city center. The owners are very hands on in day to day operation and take great pride in their hotel. All our interactions were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was 10/10 and a great way to start the day. Good parking and walkable location.

Service was impeccable. We were warmly welcomed. Rooms are beautifully designed and unique, trying to maintain some of the original elements of the property while modernizing for today. Beautiful courtyard where they offered breakfast and evening cocktails. Breakfast was beautifully presented and one of the best we've had at a hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel in a lovely little town. Nice to find a place outside of the big cities. Easy walking distance to the old town and lots of restaurants. The lady at the reception desk was lovely and helpful.

Great property a short walk to restaurants, shops and boats. In beautiful Bellagio with easy access to many other towns. Great breakfast and terrace with view of the lake. Uphill walk back to property.

This was by far the best stay of our entire Italy trip, and it was the perfect way to end our journey! A huge thank you to Roberta, who was incredibly kind and accommodating with our early check-in and took such great care of us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommended! We would happily stay here again. 🇮🇹❤️

Would stay again. Excellent location, groovy vibe and clean. Was outside my comfort zone to book such a non traditional place with no Front desk, but very glad I did.

super nice boutique hotel

We loved staying at this property. It was in Avery beautiful location, quiet area but also close to amenities and Gardaland!
