After some confusion, they corrected the issue and gave us a fantastic room with amazing views. Immediately the stress was relieved. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate their help very much. We had a great time at Flaminia. I highly recommend room 38. The views are unbeatable. Also the restaurant attached in the lobby area is very good.
