The hotel was clean and very nice. The breakfast was not very good. Many options but all of the hot food was not very good tasting. Also, there was loud music booming in the room till late at night - past 2300. Also, the food was insanely expensive. For example a burger on room service is 30€. Basic burger. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable.

This is a super pretty hotel which provides for a very easy stay. The room was great, the breakfast was wonderful. There is a little bit of noise at night, but nothing to worry about. The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful place for lunch. The hotel staff was super kind and helpful, especially a woman named Bursu (not certain of the spelling of her name). If I had one complaint, the water at the hotel does not get super hot, but I would never keep that from staying at the hotel again as there are too many positives!

Nice property and friendly staff. Management, not so much. My flight was delayed and they suggested I book the following night and request a cancellation. Unfortunately, the cancellation rebate was rejected by the hotel after I had rebooked. The Turkish bath was booked for my stay and I couldn’t use it. Water wasn’t hot enough to substitute the tub in my room. And the mini bar has a used syringe in it! Somebody’s half-used medication. You’d think that would be enough to qualify for a refund? But not here!

The hotel was in a beautiful location of Istanbul, staff was great, the amenities were clean, service was great, breakfast was fantastic. How can you not enjoy it? The only problem was that the municipality had decided to replace the sidewalks in the prime of summer, access was difficult.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were supposed to stay 5 night at this hotel and then relocate. We extended our stay at this hotel for the following reason: Wonderful and professional staff like Doga at help desk and Mustafa and Olga at concierge. Clean and beautiful club. Morning buffet breakfast. This is 5 star hotel and I highly recommend. I will be back here again
